All orders to Melbourne and Interstate (Australia wide) are sent either via our delivery contractors, our own drivers, or Australia Post.

Delivery of goods will vary depending on your choice of service and/or the delivery zone (see table below):

* Deliveries are subject to someone over the age of 18 being home at the time of delivery to sign for the goods.

The Delivery fee is charged according to distance from Grand Cru wines point of dispatch, and the choice of service i.e., Flat Rate or Express Delivery

For all orders, the Delivery costs are worked out upon checkout, based on the delivery address and the choice of service . 

We offer Express Delivery at an additional cost should you prefer to receive the goods sooner. For Melbourne Metro, this will be delivered the next day. Interstate or Melbourne/Victorian suburbs greater than 50km from point of dispatch, will be delivered via Australia Post and will be subject to their transit times.

a.  We accept AMEX, MasterCard, and Visa. The payee name on your statement will be Tranquillo Wines Pty Ltd.

We deliver every weekday – Monday to Friday. We do not deliver on Public Holidays (including Victorian Public Holidays).

If your goods are damaged in transit, or otherwise incorrect, we will be more than happy to offer a replacement. If the items are sold out or unavailable a refund will be given. Please contact sales at info@grandcruwines.com.au for further information and instructions.

To join the Grand Cru wines Mailing List you are required only to fill in your email details in the Subscription section on the website. You can update your details or remove yourself from the list at any time. Join now and you will soon begin receiving emails about all the latest Grand Cru wines news.
Once you have placed an order with Grand Cru wines, we will maintain your delivery and phone details on record.

There are no costs or conditions involved in being on the Mailing List of Grand Cru wines.

The minimum amount of bottles you can order is 3. This can be mixed between one or more wines. If you want to order 1 to 3 dozen of one type of wine you need to put in the quantity section, 12 or 36, as all quantities are listed in units.

Yes, you may pick up between 12pm and 8pm Monday to Saturday except Public Holidays. Please note in the comments section of your cart that you wish to pick up and an estimated day and time. All order pick ups are from Riserva, 395 Wattletree Road, Malvern East. The pick times are between 12pm and 8pm Monday to Saturday. For any pick up scheduled for a Saturday, the order must be place before midday on the Friday before.

Our delivery driver will send an SMS to the recipient once he/she has picked up the goods and is in transit to notify the delivery is on its way. Australia Post deliveries will be notified directly by Australia Post by SMS or email.

If any bottle of wine that is supplied by us to you is found to be corked or otherwise damaged, our policy and procedures are as follows;

  1. The cork or capsule and unconsumed wine must be returned to Riserva, 395 Wattletree Road, Malvern East Vic 3145. Please advise us by email or phone call so we are expecting the return.

b.   Where practicable, the cork, capsule and wine will then be sent to the Producer for testing, this may take up to 30 days.

c.   If the wine is determined to be a fault in the production or delivery process, we may exchange the wine or provide a full credit for that wine including your cost of return.

Yes, the recipient of the delivery must be 18 years of age, and show ID upon delivery. We cannot leave a delivery unsigned for or with a person under the age of 18 years.

Under the Liquor Control Reform Act 1998 it is an offence:

  • To supply alcohol to a person under the age of 18 years (penalty exceeds $8,000)
  • For a person under the age of 18 years to purchase or receive liquor (penalty exceeds $700)

We recommend that you consider the Express delivery option that is provided on the Site, allowing you to nominate your preferred date for the delivery to arrive. This will enable a more convenient delivery service option. Alternatively, you can select our click and collect option, from Monday to Saturday.
