Returns & Refunds Policy

In the very unlikely event, the products we offer do not live up to your expectations or are unhappy with the goods for any reason, we offer a 100% money-back guarantee. We will replace the products with others of your choice or refund your money, whatever you choose.

Requirements:

  1. All we ask is that the goods still be in a saleable condition, in original packaging and are not damaged. A refund will be for unopened bottles only. The refund is for the item only and does not include freight charges.
  2. We do not take any responsibility for returned items lost in transit and recommend you consider insuring the return shipment.

Corked or Damaged Goods Policy

If any bottle of wine that is supplied by us to you that is found to be corked or otherwise damaged, our policy and procedures are as follows;

  1. The cork or capsule and unconsumed wine must be returned within 5 days of opening with a copy of your invoice to Grand Cru wines, 395 Wattletree Road, Malvern East
    Victoria, 3145. Please advise by email or phone call so we are expecting the return.
  2. Where practicable, the cork, capsule and wine will then be sent to the Producer for testing, this may take up to 30 days. 
  3. If the wine is determined to be due to a fault in the production or delivery process, you may choose to exchange the wine or receive a full credit for that wine including your cost of return.

Changes to this policy

Changes may be made to this policy from time to time. You will be notified of substantial changes to this policy through an announcement on the site.
