Marcarini Barolo “Brunate” DOCG is garnet in color with slight orange reflections. An austere and imposing example of this cru displaying characteristic power and strength. Its classic style excites the nose with marvelous spice, tobacco, and dry rose scents. Canvasing the palate is a delicious core of red fruits which are underpinned by a stern tannin structure and vibrant acidity. Spicy red cherry and red raspberry flavours lead the charge with earthy graphite, tobacco and dried herb characters lying underneath.
