It has vibrant tannins, cleansing acidity, and is extremely linear-driven. Enjoy the exquisite aromas of choke cherry, sassafras, lavender, milk chocolate and peppermint and enduldge in the floavours of pomegranate, shitake mushroom, black pepper, molasses and leather. Aged no more than 10 months in 42% French oak barrels with texture wound like a spring with red to blue fruit notes on the mid-palate, cleansing acidity and vibrant tannins on the finish. Read More
