There is one thing we want to do with our wines more than anything else and that is to inspire. We do this by working out the characteristics of each grape variety we cultivate right down to the smallest detail and by emphasising the typicity of their area of origin. With our extensive winegrowing expertise and passion, we cultivate ten typical Alto Adige grape varieties on terraces at challenging altitudes of up to 860 metres above sea level and select only the best hand-picked grapes for the production of our quality wines. The result is well-balanced, fresh mountain wines with a captivating aroma and elegance. The Pinot Grigo's winemaking process starts with the fermentation and storage in stainless steel tanks, establishing long contact time with the fine yeast to develop a multilayered body.
