ULISSE Primitivo from the Abruzzo winery Tenuta Ulisse is the winery's homage to its homeland, with the Terre di Chieti PGI denomination and the use of 100% Primitivo grapes. Following the harvest, the grapes are crushed and destemmed, followed by maceration for about 15-20 days with alcoholic fermentation in steel at 24-25°C. Ageing takes place in barriques of fine French oak. It presents a purplish red colour with ruby highlights.
