Certified organic the average age of the vines is over 50 years old. These Grenache based wines follow traditional winemaking techniques with no de-stemming and all aging takes place in cement takes. Produced from a blend of 81% Grenache, 7% Mourvèdre, 5% Carignan and 7% Syrah. Tasting Note: The palate has an easy, supple tone, is lined with well defined berry fruits, the tannins adding a little darkness and tang towards the finish. This has been very well made to achieve elegance, holds charming fruit, and has the structure to evolve kindly, aided by its clear, trim structure.
